DOES YOUR CLUB STRUGGLE TO DECIDE WHICH PLAYERS SHOULD PLAY A SET AND WHO SHOULD SIT OUT ON A SOCIAL AFTERNOON?
We have developed a unique computer program to solve the problem. The concept used is to place people of equal strength together on a court in an unbiased way; letting some wait the minimum practical time with the assurance of a very good chance of having a competitive set when they go on the court.
The program has been refined and perfected over 10 years of stress testing at our busy social tennis club. Taking these factors into account:
waiting time
strength of players
previous sets played together
it suggests new sets and keeps record of sets played. Statistics are recorded for later analysis.
